1. Acceptance of terms
By using EqualNote you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service is provided "as is"
EqualNote is provided free of charge and on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that results are always correct, uninterrupted, or error-free.
3. Not professional advice
EqualNote is a general-purpose calculator. It is not a substitute for verified tools in situations where accuracy matters — including medical, legal, tax, or financial decisions. Always double-check critical calculations with an independent method.
4. No account, limited liability
EqualNote requires no account and stores no personal data on our servers (see the Privacy Policy). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
5. Intellectual property
The EqualNote software, name, and brand are owned by us. Your notes and the content you create remain yours. You may use the output of EqualNote for any lawful purpose.
6. Third-party services
The Contact form is delivered through a third-party processor (Web3Forms). Your submission is handled according to that provider's policies for the sole purpose of replying to you.
7. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
